PACEMAKER BELFAST 13/6/2003 PSNI Chief constable Hugh Orde (LEFT) carries the Special Olympics "Flame of Hope" ashore with Garda Deputy Commissioner Peter Fitzgerald as the Olympic flame finally reached Irish shores on its final journey to the start of the Special Olympics 2003 next week.
